How we work.
From the first product brief to specification review and commercial discussion. Explore our import, export and sourcing enquiry process.
Import & export
Bring the product and the destination into the same conversation. We start by understanding your requirements and the commercial details that need to be agreed.

- Quantity, packaging and timing
- Documentation and delivery expectations
Product sourcing
A sourcing discussion begins with a clear specification. Food, ingredients or other goods: explain what your business needs and which criteria are essential.

- Supplier and product information
- Evaluation and feasibility discussion
Supplier introductions
Introduce your product range and the information you can provide. A useful first discussion identifies relevant applications, documentation and next actions.

Quality starts
with clear requirements.
Know what needs to be reviewed.
Product characteristics, documentation, packaging, sample expectations and destination requirements should be discussed for the specific enquiry. Claims and certificates need to apply to the product and source being considered.
What products can I enquire about?
Explore food and agriculture, ingredients, packaging and textiles. Packaging and textiles are sourcing enquiry categories, subject to supply confirmation. For another product or material, use the custom sourcing enquiry route so the requirement can be assessed.
Do you handle both import and export enquiries?
Yes. Tell us the product, origin preference where relevant, destination, quantity and intended use so we can discuss the requirement.
Is there a standard minimum order quantity?
Order quantities depend on the product, packaging, source and commercial arrangement. Include your expected volume, including any trial quantity, in your enquiry.
Can I request a sample?
Include your sample requirements and evaluation criteria. Sample availability, quantity, costs and timing need to be agreed for the particular product.
Which certifications and documents are available?
Document availability depends on the product and supplier. Tell us what you require so applicability and availability can be reviewed. Certification is not assumed across all products.
Can I enquire about a product that is not listed?
Yes. Share the product name, material or specification, intended application, quantity and destination through the custom sourcing form.
