How an enquiry moves forward

Know the next step.

A clear brief helps both sides assess the requirement before samples, quotations or commitments.

See how we work
  1. Share the requirement.

Product, intended use, quantity, packaging and delivery location. An outline is enough to begin.

  2. Review the details.

Discuss the specification, product information, documentation and any sample requirements.

  3. Agree what comes next.

Clarify feasibility, commercial terms and timing for the individual enquiry before proceeding.

All questions & answers
Can I enquire about a product that is not listed?

Yes. Use the other sourcing route and share the product name, specification, intended use, quantity and destination. Feasibility and availability need to be assessed for that requirement.

What information helps with a quotation?

The product or specification, quantity with units, packaging, destination and expected timing. If you need documents or samples, include those requirements too.

Are minimum quantities and samples fixed?

No standard quantity or sample arrangement is assumed across all categories. Availability, quantities, costs and timing are confirmed for the particular product and enquiry.
